What is HRSolution24?
HRSolution24 is an online system for attendance, leave, payroll and payslips, supported by HR consultants who help with compliance.
Who is it for?
Small and mid-size companies, factories, offices and consultancies that want to move attendance and salary out of registers and spreadsheets.
Can my employees log in too?
Yes. Every employee gets their own login to view attendance, holidays, payslips and their profile. HR controls what they can see.
Payroll & compliance
Does it calculate PF and ESI?
Yes. PF, ESI and professional tax are calculated as per the settings of each employee, and payslips show the deductions clearly.
Can I download payslips and registers?
Yes — payslips, the salary sheet, the attendance register and the wage register can be downloaded as PDF or Excel.
Getting started
How long does set-up take?
Most companies are ready the same day. You can import all employees from an Excel file and start marking attendance immediately.
Can I manage more than one company?
Yes. Each company's data is kept completely separate, and a Super Admin can oversee all of them.
